We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that met our needs. the staff provided exceptional service, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. the full body massage at the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, and we truly enjoyed the sun terrace and picnic area/table. the room advantages were impressive with elegant decor and private facilities. the restaurant served delicious meals with special diet menus, while the bar/lounge area offered the perfect ambiance for an evening drink.
We encountered one minor issue with the Wi-Fi connection, which was limited to the reception area and some parts of the garden. This made it challenging to work and communicate effectively from the room.

The small and cozy atmosphere of this place was really great. the room was clean, well-furnished and comfortable. the staff were friendly, kind and professional. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast that was provided and the hotel's location was very convenient for getting to the airport.

Spending Christmas at this coffee lodge was a delightful experience. The staff were friendly and professional, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location was excellent, giving us easy access to the nearby attractions. We particularly enjoyed the cozy and well-furnished room and the delicious breakfast served before our departure.
Although the roosters in the nearby farm were charming, they were quite loud and persistent, making it difficult to sleep in the morning. We were also disappointed that we couldn't visit the coffee plantation, which was a bit far from the property.

the staff made us feel welcomed and were of great help, ensuring our stay was memorable. the breakfast provided was delicious, and we appreciated it as it added to the overall satisfaction of our experience. Although the hotel was not located near the coffee plantation, we were delighted with our surroundings and appreciated the quietness it provided. the size of the bathroom was decent, and the amenities were of excellent quality.
We were disappointed by the Wi-Fi as its reach was limited and only available in certain areas.
